2011
The first "Art Estate" was opened in the GD "Horizont". On June 24, Pavel Belavus received an order to vacate the premises occupied by the creative institution by July 23.
The organization rented the next premises at 28a Pushkin Avenue.
2012
"Art Mansion" was forced to exist semi-underground for about a year: the venue was located in an ordinary two-room apartment in the center of Minsk.
2013
"Art Syadziba" resumed its activity as a cultural venue in Minsk at 6 Instrumentalny Lane.
2022
The cultural site ceases its activity. The art site existed for 10 years.
