Studied at Belarusian State University.

Studied photography at "Studio-3" at the photo club "Minsk" under the guidance of Valery Lobko.

Begins to engage in creative photography.

Editorial internship in the quarterly art photography magazine "KATALOG" in Copenhagen.

1989–1991

Photographer of the Research and Production Association "Tsentr", Minsk.

1991–2002

Editor of the art photography department of the republican art magazine "Mastatstva", Minsk,

1987–1993

One of the founders of the informal association of creative photography "Province", whose activity turned Minsk into one of the capitals of unofficial photography in the USSR.

Curator of the exhibition "New Belarusian Photography" in the State Art Gallery of Sopot (Poland) and the exhibition "Photo from Minsk" in the IFA Gallery in Berlin.
