An art space located in one of the oldest buildings in Vitebsk. It has ten exhibition halls, which are given over to personal projects of contemporary experimental artists. There is a "Creative Studio VTsSI" for adults. Master classes, museum pedagogy lessons, theatrical performances, film screenings, concerts and youth projects are held.
