Starts to be engaged in project administration and cultural and educational activities, works at the Gallery of Modern Art “Ў”.

2012–2018

Managed the project of the cultural and educational initiative "Children's creative workshops" in the Gallery of Modern Art "Ў" , Minsk.

2015 - 2016

Participant of Culture and Creativity Program – EU Eastern Partnership in Belarus . The program aims to support the cultural and creative industries in the Eastern Partnership region.

2016–2019

She was the director of the social and cultural institution "Ambasada of Culture" , Minsk.

2017

Education in the program "Europeanism" ("European studies") in the Belarusian Collegium/Political science, Sociology, Economy and culturology in frames of European integration topic.

2018

Co-author of the project " MATCH - Media&Art to Culture&History" within the program of the Adam Mickiewicz Institute.

Project coordinator of the "Learning City for Creative Economy 2.0" program at DVV International (organization of an international discussion, creative hackathon for regional startups, business trainings for cultural initiatives), Belarus.

2018–2019

Regional project coordinator for young artists "Art in action".

Co-curator of the exhibition “Forest of Dzyachyny” (Belarus).

2019

Since that time, I have been a co-founder of the Artonist project.

2020

Co-initiator of assistance campaigns for cultural workers and artists during the #artquarantine and #arttravel pandemic .

2020 - 2022

Received a Master of Arts degree , Development of Cultural Heritage program (YSU).
