After a period of work as an artist - director in the national film studio Belarusfilm, she worked as a tattoo artist.
Victoria Savenkova's works are in the permanent collection of the European Museum of Contemporary Art MEAM-Barcelona, Spain, as well as in private collections in the USA, South Africa, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Australia.
Lives and works in Minsk.
