I painted this work on the fortieth day of the war. I and many of my peers never thought that a war would break out in our lives, but war broke out in the country where my mother was born. Ukraine is going through terrible times. The future of not only Ukraine, but also other countries whose borders are in contact with Russia will depend on what is happening now in this territory. I want to once again express my opinion against war and against the suppression of freedom in countries with dictatorships. Dictatorship often ends in war and ruin for the country. May peace prevail on earth, and all the culprits be held accountable. We will have to do everything to prevent this from happening again, and we need to revisit the past.
