POSTFILMIYA / In collaboration with Anton Sarokin (2012)

Postfilmiya is the condition which a viewer experiences after seeing a film and his internal reflection on this, localized sensory experience. It is an attempt to make the viewer contemplate on the nature of his sensory perception by attempting to grasp and visualize similar states of sensory experiences of different levels of intensity, with regard to the character, context and complexity of what has been seen. The selection of certain cinematographic works, as reflected in this exposition, was largely conventional. Conveying the feelings of specific films isn't the end in itself, but rather an auxiliary tool, moreover, a means to speculate in general about things located in the field of sensory experience and in interaction with the object of art.
