Internal meditative sit-in is a collective practice of relaxation and concentration that deals with cognition and imagination. In the time of permanent digital stimulation of mind via networks of communications, humans’ cognition is channeled into interfaces and captured by algorithms. This bound isolates consciousness from the environment and blocks interaction with other species, so it hardly inputs into Anthropocene and Global ecological disaster. In this situation practice of guided meditation is a tool of bringing back the focus of participants to their physical bodies, memories and imagination. The proposed narrative, that unfolds during the practice, includes references to mythology and philosophy, quotes from different authors who work with topics of digital technologies, acceleration, mind and ecology. Also, some fragments of the personal story of the teller are included.
