From the description of the work at the exhibition "ODKSZTAŁCENIE / DEFORMATION / UNLEARNING":

“I am a Lesbian in a country where people hate lesbians” – states Vika Grebennikova in her trembling text-based animation work. The artist, with the help of collages, constructs affective landscapes where her body merges into everyday routines and private spaces. Overlayed circle forms counterimpose the work of symptoms and stress the political dimensions of vulnerability, frustration and anxiety – the weakness and power to live through precarious and fragile emotional states.
